1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to register, use, or be listed on Varsity Girls.
  • By submitting your information, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and truthful.
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity and reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

2. Platform Purpose

Varsity Girls is a directory and listing platform. We allow individuals—primarily female students—to publicly display profiles offering various personal services. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Flirting and companionship
  • Girlfriend experience
  • Escorting
  • Photo and video sharing
  • Video calling

Important: Varsity Girls does not facilitate, manage, or monitor any communication, transaction, or meeting between users. All interactions occur outside the platform and are initiated by visitors contacting listed individuals directly.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the services you offer and any interactions that result from your listing.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to adult services and personal safety.
  • You must not impersonate others, provide false documentation, or engage in deceptive practices.

4. Profile Submission & Verification

To be listed, users must submit:

  • Personal details (name, age, location)
  • Cover image and service description
  • Pricing/rates and contact information

Upon review, Varsity Girls may request:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Additional photos or verification materials

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove listings without notice.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Varsity Girls complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect and store user data for the purpose of listing and verification only.

  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

6. Fees & Monetization

Currently, Varsity Girls is free to use. In the future, we may introduce:

  • A joining fee
  • A monthly subscription for profile visibility

Users will be notified in advance of any changes to the fee structure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Offer or solicit illegal services
  • Upload explicit, violent, or abusive content
  • Harass, threaten, or exploit other users
  • Use the platform for fraud or impersonation

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

Varsity Girls is not responsible for:

  • Any interactions, agreements, or disputes between users
  • Financial loss, emotional harm, or physical injury resulting from off-platform engagements

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Users agree to resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

Varsity Girls may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
