4. Response to Infringement Claims

  • Repeat offenders may be banned from the platform

We may also notify the user who submitted the content and offer them a chance to respond.

5. Copyright Disclaimer

Varsity Girls does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.
We act as a hosting and listing platform, and while we review submissions, we cannot guarantee that all content is free of copyright violations. Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including:
