User Consent Agreement

By submitting your information to Varsity Girls (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“User”) agree to the terms outlined in this User Consent Agreement. This agreement governs how your personal data is collected, used, and displayed on varsitygirls.co.za.

By completing the registration form and submitting your profile, you voluntarily and explicitly consent to Varsity Girls collecting the following personal information:
- Full name, age, and location
- Profile images and service descriptions
- Contact details (email, phone number, WhatsApp)
- Identification documents and additional verification materials
2. Consent to Public Display
You agree that the following information may be publicly displayed on the Varsity Girls platform:
- Name, age, location
- Services offered and pricing
- Profile images and contact details
Verification documents (e.g., ID) will not be publicly displayed and will be stored securely for internal review only.
3. Consent to Communication
You consent to being contacted by Varsity Girls via:
- Phone call
This communication may include verification requests, profile updates, or platform notices.
4. Consent to Processing
You acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be processed for the following purposes:
- Reviewing and verifying your profile
- Displaying your listing on the platform
- Ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards
All processing is done in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
5. Right to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at [Insert Email/Phone]. Upon withdrawal:
- Your profile will be removed from public view
- Your personal data will be deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by law
6. Acknowledgment of Risk
You understand that Varsity Girls does not manage or monitor any off-platform interactions initiated by visitors. You accept full responsibility for any engagements that occur outside the platform.
7. Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
